Faith, Hope, & Poetry: Literary Reflections for Contemplation, with Devin Brown
Join Devin Brown as we look as some of the world’s most beloved poems and discover what they have to say about the world and our place in it. This three-week series will explore works by Dickinson, Wordsworth, Frost, Herbert, and Shakespeare and will focus on these themes: Celebrating God’s Creation, Life and Its Limitations, and Finding Faith and Hope. Poetry lovers, poetry novices, and all those in between are welcome. Everyone who attends will receive a copy of Devin’s book Twenty Timeless Poems.

Young Adults -- Join Rev. Kenny for a 4-week study during Lent. We will discuss Thomas Merton’s book Contemplative Prayer and engage in short contemplative prayer practice together. Come get acquainted with Merton’s reflections before our trip to Gethsemani later in the year!

We’ll cover a chapter a week, and over four exciting weeks we’ll explore: storms, big fish, second chances, and God’s surprising grace in ways that connect to our everyday lives. Come ready for great conversation, new friendships, and a faith journey that’s anything but ordinary!
