Christ Church Cathedral has for 50 years supported and sustained choirs trained in the English Cathedral tradition. Instruction for the choristers is based on the curriculum of the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM). Children and youth deepen their sense of history, liturgy, language and art as well as their ability to interpret sacred texts and music. Through the ongoing effort of learning and working together, they also develop friendships and become part of a community that uplifts collective and individual efforts. The Cathedral choirs learn what it is to be at the heart of vibrant worship.

The Choirs of Christ Church Cathedral are pleased to announce Sing We Merrily: A Collection of Sacred Music, an album recently recorded at Christ Church Cathedral, under the direction of Erich Balling.

Sing We Merrily includes favorite works from throughout the liturgical year, and is available for purchase at the Christ Church Bookstore. Additionally, the album is available online through CD Baby to download a digital copy.

Sing We Merrily will make a great gift for yourself and others.  May this collection of sacred music lift your heart and inspire your days.
